三年级入门时，发现孩子们在英语基础上，已经区别很大了。
有的已经接触过几年，有的是零基础，对英语完全懵懂，不知所云状态。
在班上举手统计，除普通话外，还会一门老家方言的请举手。班上绝大部分孩子都骄傲地举起了手。
大大地表扬了他们，并告诉大家，其实，英语也只是一门方言。
并举了很多大人甚至老人，半路从0开始，也能把英语学好的范例。
虽然当时缓解了那些零基础孩子的焦虑。但明显地看得到，当其他孩子快速响亮地跟老师对答时，他们满脸的羡慕。
复习时，开始思考，有没有什么办法让孩子们尽快找到感觉，不再这么害怕。
于是就开始用文末的表，用最笨的办法，让孩子们配上单词和句子的音频，一个个过关。
有蛮多个孩子，在奖励机制的吸引下，一步步按着这个稳打稳扎，搞定这个表之后，英语突飞猛进。
期末时，有家长特地打电话过来反馈，一开始不知道练这个表有什么意义，就按老师说的，把这当成老家方言，一字一句地去攻克，做翻译对照。也没有去想结果会怎么样。
但神奇地是，全部强行完成之后，却突然发现，孩子说试卷能看懂了，课文突然能理解了。那些字母的组合突然都有了意义，英语不再像以前那么恐怖高深。
然后自信心也跟着上来了。
这是一个良性的循环。
从长期来看，最好还是循序渐进，从听说读慢慢渗入，最后过渡到写，那是最理想的。
但在基础一开始就有差距，孩子感觉听不懂，跟不上班级节奏，特别受挫的情况下，这个方法是特别见效快的。
短期内入门，或者突击时，应急搞定，很有成效。
以下是湖南儿童少年出版社三年级上册一个简表，如果教材不是这个版本，也可以套用这个格式去重建。
