To protect people from being at risk of a considerable harm to be done to the above-mentioned environment, the government is urged to issue anti-pollution regulation or enact law.
Tackling pollution, accordingly, polluters are encouraged to invest funds into their companies to buy the advanced technologies in controlling or reducing pollution,and introduce up-to-date equipment to monitor pollutants.
In comparison with this, the fine was for the company's pollution of the air near its plants. Recycling resources helps control environmental pollution by reducing the need for waste dumps. Special power plants are requested to generate electricity either by disposing rubbish as collected regularly or by using solar energy.
Avoiding pollution, environmental assessment is to carry out if a large project is set up in advance. More environmentally-friendly goods are of course encouraged to produce in future, that are available to consumers, in my belief.
The governments at all levels should do more to protect the environment in their guideline. This helps more persons, companies, together with media, who are expected to be environmental well-doers, to persuade people to safeguard the environment.
These could bring the comfortable working and living environment to increase productivity and improve in quality respectively.

考生要成功地掌握英语作文写作，需要对提示句的观点“左找原因，右寻结果”，即：①把握因果关系；②再将因果句加上暗逻辑词语；③各个句子之间通过严密的逻辑写作思路组句成段。由此建议学生学习英语写作时，最好学习一些逻辑思维知识，因为英语是逻辑语言，逻辑是英语的灵魂。这样写英语作文便写出作者具有的独特思想，否则无思想之水源浇灌出优秀英语之盛花。
我想学生应该有两点启示：①会写英语逻辑思维作文，你便放心、得高分你便开心、不会你便关心；②大考考生便感觉到：英语作文怎么忽然写得出乎意料之外地有了快速的进步呀！因此在理论和实践中解决——这样才能得高分！大考英语优秀作文“五两拨千斤”是怎么写出来——之问题了。如此水到渠成让考生得高分甚至满分。其中需要训练步骤是：上述英语作文原理看会了更要会写了，才是真功夫。如用“②原因←①主题→③结果→④感受”方法，换一个主题写英语作文道理也是如此。

①They are to give two jackets and a new schoolbag together with ten books and toys, having been brought locally delicious dishes/food which my mother cooked for them.

可以看出：①“你”捐赠了什么（主题：捐物献爱心），②为什么捐赠这些物品，以及③结果和④感受是什么,这四个问题均按英语思维逻辑思路——“②原因←①主题（捐物献爱心）→③结果→④感受”——作出了清晰的阐述而解决了一针见血地阐述观点，因此摆脱了英语模板的影响（即：抄模板套范文，如：as far as I am concerned, …on the one hand …; on the other hand…firstly, secondly, lastly…）及中文跳跃式“形散而神不散”思维模式影响，更是摆脱了“英语没词儿写，有词儿不知怎么写”的问题。
总结：

准确是——紧扣主题，如写清楚①提示内容、②原因、③结果和④感受。
