首先，我们先分析写作时的信息点，1、“talk and talk”的负责人；2、邀请；3、节目介绍；4、访谈时间和话题；5、80词左右。
其次，我们规划一下80词需要写多少句话？怎么分配比重？我们通常按3段式来写考场作文，即导入段、主体段、结尾段。80词意味着需写出大约7-10句话，导入段分配1-2句，主体段分配5-6句，结尾段分配1-2句。在导入段写入节目信息，在主体段写入节目介绍和访谈邀请、时间和话题，结尾段写入期望。通过任务分解，把篇章认为分解为单句任务，最后组成一篇文章。这样可以使写作小模块化、数据化，有利于学生逐个完成句子写作。

导入段: I'm the chief Editor of the English chanel " Talk and Talk" at our School Radio Station.
主体段: " Talk and Talk" is a talk show, which often invites some native English teachers to talk about English learning with Chinese students. It is significant for students to learn from native English speakers. With Great appreciation, we sincerely invite you to our show to share your advice in English learning. The coming show is on next Monday afternoon and the topic will focus on English writing.
结尾段: Your attendance will be highly appreciated.
